Owner

Rob Dixon created and has owned AGC since 2012.  He is proud to have assembled a terrific team that continues to meet and regularly exceed customer expectations.  Whether it is making your property damage like it never even happened or renovating your commercial or residential space, he enjoys being here to help.

Construction Division Manager

I have nearly 30 years of construction experience in the Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Institutional, Healthcare and Government markets delivering a wide range of projects consisting of new construction, remodel, tenant finish-out, additions, facilities maintenance, program work and repairs.

I was born and raised in Texas however, I have been afforded the ability to travel throughout the country managing and delivering construction projects that meet or exceed clients expectations. I continue to take personal ownership of every project to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality.

My hobbies include riding motorcycles, watching college football, and spending quality time with my family.

Construction Manager/Lead Estimator

My name is Paul Troutt and I have been in construction field for over 10 years. I have my degree in engineering from University of Tennessee Knoxville and have my EIT certification. I have lived in Gallatin and the Middle Tennessee area all my life other than while in school in Knoxville. I have been married to my wife, Kelly for 13 wonderful years. We have two kids; Luke is 10 and Katherine is 7. We are active members at First Baptist Church Hendersonville, teaching a preschool class and attending our own class. I enjoy hanging out with my family, working in my shop and maintaining our 13 acre property.

AGC is fortunate to have Martye Trotter serving in the Construction Administrator role. Her ability to keep a hundred plates spinning and the exceptional customer service she provides sets us up for success everyday.

Project Manager

I was born in Colombia, I have been around construction since I was a child. My father is a Civil engineer with 35 years of experience mostly on roads and transport. This passion for this study runs in the family with my sister and my brother-in-law who are also civil engineers with post-graduation on project management. I have always been fascinated with the wonder of how different things worked or were/have been built. So, I decided to take the same path and studied Civil Engineering at La Gran Colombia University.
My native language is Spanish, and since my arrival to the United States in 2017 I have been building onto by previous education in the English language. I can write, speak, and understand English. I will always be amazed at the ability that human beings have to learn something new every day, it is up to us to put it to good use and not let it go to waste.

Project Manager

I’ve been in in the construction and restoration industry for 14 years and have gained several certifications during that time. I am a native of middle Tennessee, and have called Nashville home for 15 years. My hobbies include travel, golf, and supporting all of the local Nashville teams.

Project Manager

I have worked in the restoration and construction industry for over 15 years.  I started out working at a Servpro franchise for my dad back in 2007 doing account management and project management, and now am fortunate enough to be with Ascension.

I have commercial restoration and new construction experience, as well as having worked on projects in middle Tennessee and throughout Canada.

I have an Economics and Business degree from the University of Tennessee.  I have been married to my wife, Ashley for 9 years.  We have 2 daughters, Cate (5) and Byrdie (2).  We are active members at our church Brentwood United Methodist Church.

My hobbies include spending time with family, playing golf, and supporting the University of Tennessee sports.

Project Manager

I was born and raised in North Carolina. After earning my Eagle Scout, I earned a Degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University. I have been working in the construction industry since 2017. Throughout college, I spent my time managing projects in Residential, Commercial, and Public infrastructure construction.

After graduating and moving to Nashville in 2022, I started working in residential construction and joined the Ascension team in 2023. I take great pride in all my projects to ensure I achieve the highest possible quality standards.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling the world, collecting bourbon, and spending time with friends and family.

Construction Services Technician

My name is Armando Sanchez Aguilera and I am originally from Mexico. I have lived in Nashville since 1996 and have been working in construction. Now I have the blessing of being part of this great company, Ascension General Contractors. 

My wife is Elvira Sanchez. She has been my companion and friend for almost 34 years. I love her so much and I know that I am appreciated. God blessed us with three children, Elvira Saraí, Armando Jefte and Elyar Jim. The three of them have already formed families of their own. We also have the beautiful blessing of two grandchildren, Armando James, and Aiden Clay and in a short time, a beautiful girl will arrive. I am very grateful to God for all of them. My grandchildren are the joy of my life. 

The greatest blessing that God has granted me is to be his servant and active member of the Church of Christ at Crieve Hall.
